In Summer 2027, we're bringing approximately 25 student musicians from Buffalo Grove, Illinois to Italy for a life-changing jazz performance tour!

We're raising funds to help make this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity possible.
Why We're Going
Perform
Tentative performance locations include Roccalumera, Taormina, Palermo, Altavilla Milicia, Ancona, Umbria, and Ronciglione. Through festival appearances and community concerts, our students will share their music with audiences across Italy while representing Buffalo Grove High School and our community abroad.
Learn
Beyond the stage, students will experience Italy's rich history, culture, food, and traditions. From exploring historic cities and landmarks to engaging with local communities, this tour will provide educational experiences that extend far beyond the classroom.
Connect
Music has the power to bring people together. Through performances, cultural and shared experiences, students will build meaningful connections with communities throughout Italy while gaining a deeper understanding of the world around them.
