The Bison Marching Band is open to anyone interested in participating. The Bison Marching Band is a fun and tight-knit organization that works hard and provides exciting and engaging shows throughout the Chicagoland area.
New to BG? Looking for your 'tribe'? Want to be involved? Love music? THE BISON MARCHING BAND IS YOUR HOME!
The Bison Marching Band includes student-athletes, honor roll students, and AP students.
Typically, 100% of the Marching Band will re-enroll each season.

DRUMLINE
CLINIC AND AUDITION
The Drumline is an auditioned group. ANYONE can come to the clinic and audition. Drumline members are integral to the Bison Marching Band and Buffalo Grove High School culture.
FRONT ENSEMBLE
CLINIC AND PLACEMENT
The Front Ensemble is a non-auditioned group. ANYONE can come to the clinic to learn more about front ensemble. Front Ensemble members are placed on instruments based on their ability level.
COLOR GUARD
CLINIC AND AUDITION
All are welcome to participate in the Color Guard! ANYONE can participate in Color Guard and some members may be eligible for a P.E. Waiver!
